...in Batumi. Tonight I began the long over due preparations of my terrarium (aka. plants in a bottle) project. I'd gathered the black magnetic sand that I wanted to use as the filter base layer last summer. The delightful Skylarks couple had taken me to the Magento Black Beach near the city of Ureki on the coast of the Black Sea. I didn't know at the time what I was going to do with a plastic water bottle refilled full of black magnetic sand. I gathered it anyway.
A short time later Stella had a terrarium party for her birthday and shared the photos with me on the Book of Faces. At that moment I knew what I was going to

This is Ameya's twin sister, I met you briefly when you were here to pick her up for your trip. I wasn't sure if you knew that she had passed away in October. I tried to contact you before the funeral service but was not able to- however if you are ever in the area again and would like to visit her resting place you can always get in touch. My email is sableantelope@gmail.com and I can give you our number if you ever needed to call for any reason. I know she cared a great deal about you and always treasured her experiences on that trip. She is much loved still and much missed.
